don't bother buying that - I am not mechanically minded and I managed to fit it no problem to the stock box - so anyone can do it.

Get yourself some metal files (i got mine from the Reject shop) and shave away the area that needs to be removed from the standard lid. It takes about 15 minutes of shaving.

There is a handy Reference Section Stickied in the 380 Section, your info was at post #4.
There's lots of info there... LED's etc.....
Hope it saves you time......

Anyone know of a seller for the 90mm intake that will ship to NZ?

Have had a quick look on ebay.co.au and found some that are about $50-60AUD but am a newbie to ebay and not sure how to ask about shipping.

Have asked the local dealer and they said about $170 NZD which is a joke.

I thought they were fitted as standard to NZ 380's or am I dreaming. Anyway postage for the intake to NZ shouldnt be much. They are not heavy. less than a apir of shoes

At 60AUD the postage could be that much again and I'd still be better off. :) Couldn't believe the price from the dealership here :(

Mine is a 2005. I think 380s from 2007 have the 90mm intake factory fitted. All the 2005 and 2006 models I have seen have the smaller one, I have seen a couple of 2008s and they have the 90mm.

The ebay sellers usually quote shipping costs ifyou ask them.

I bought mine off ebay.au $54.95 buy it now price just looked still listed on their. Send seller message ask if post NZ. I noticed big difference on my 380 auto better economy more power specially when sink boot into it. I recomend K&N filter and upgrade rear muffler BSO655 Berklee free flow .

In NZ no need for Cat convertor = extractors and free flow = MOAR POWER

just saying

True but that won't stop the limp-home mode ecu errors if I don't have a piggyback management system. I would love to go there but budget won't stretch that far at the moment. Just got wheels, intake will be the next mod. Then I'll lower it. Then upgrade the front rotors and pads. Then I may look at a ecu which will lead me further down the dark and twisty road that is the never ending search for "enough power"...

Have just installed a 90mm intake. Managed to source one from Ingham Mitsi in Hamilton for $87NZD. Apparently Mitsi NZ still has over 100 of these left in stock!! Anyone in NZ wanting to get their hands on one should have no problems.
