I recently purchased a 2002 S2 TJ VRX. It only came with the one key. I happen to have a genuine new mitsubishi blank key that I bought for my old TE that I never got around to cutting or programming. My question is can I use this key for my TJ ? The physical blank part that needs to be cut is obviously compatible but I need to know if the internal electronics are the same.

Any help appreciatted.
