Is quite simple

Cold motor
Drain radiator, bung is on the lower drivers side
Remove hoses from motor for bottom and hose from radiator for top (is easier this way)
Unplug fans
Remove two brackets up top and lift out radiator

Swap over bottom hose and fans to new unit

Re install

Your radiator will be leaving tomorrow with Toll as well :)

Yeah as Mal outlined - its very simple. Just make sure the engine is cold. If you plan to do a bit of work to the car in the future then spend the odd $40 at SuperCheap auto and get the Max Ellery's service manual. They write everything as a result of taking apart the engines/cars etc. Its very helpful to DIY servicing- lots of pictures and good descriptions. PDFs' and the like are fine but to me nothing beats being able to read straight off a book. Some things are a bit lacking like their instructions to change the coolant - just removing radiator hose and filling the radiator :/ they failed to mention removal of the engine drain bolts etc

Did all that for the radiator in my wreck thats had the front pushed in, got most of the alternator out so its not catching on that anymore, but it only lifts up about 20-30mm. Any ideas before I get the grinder?
