G'day guys.
Driving home today, was at traffic lights and car started to shudder badly.
Driving off on green to no power. Coolant, oil and all other fluid levels are ok.
Engine sounds fine but no power on acceleration and shudders when try.

Knocking from behind rear drivers side wheel sounds like exhaust, and slight burning smell from the tailpipe. Any suggestions as to cause or how to fix?

This sort of issue can be so many things it would be impossible to say on a forum what could be the cause

Could be anything from a fuel blockage, Dist, MAF, blocked injectors, engine issue etc etc.

You can try some basic tests in so far as fuel and ignition if you have the geat to test

Turned out to be ignition trouble. Had to rebuild due to ignition coil and also distributor.
