Diamantes (the JDM versions) have the folding door mirrors. They are not chromatic. Only the interior mirror in the JDM cars is autodim.
The wiring in any Magna or Verada will not support the power fold. But the loom can be adapted to make it work as I have this feature in my car.

The chromatic glass is available for the drivers side only in KH-KW Veradas and the USA cars do not have auto dim external mirrors at all. Magnas will not have any wiring for this feature.

I have managed to keep my chromatic glass (and convex passenger glass) with the power folding mirrors but it is a bit of work to do so.
