Is anyone aware of a garnish or panel that fits underneath the boot lid on the 3rd gen magnas/veradas? If there is, does anyone know the mitsu spare parts part number? The mitsu dealer up here couldn't find anything like it last time I asked.
See crappy pic below..

I bought one a while ago for my VRX.
If you say that you want one from a Verada Xi, you might have better luck.
I will check the invoice for a part number when I get home, if you like....

One thing to note, if you buy this as a spare part from Mitsu...
They only supply it with 6 mounting clips, but it actually requires 13 clips to be secured properly. Go figure...

If you can get the part number that'd be great. I tried asking for the part for a Verada but they couldn't find anything either
I assume you can buy the clips seperately? I need a few for one of my front door panels anyway lol

Here it is on my VRX.
The part number for it is MI-MR921178, it is called a "TRIM-TRUNK LID-GREY"
The part number for the clips is MI-MR175122 and they are called "CLIP-TRIM-BLACK"
It cost me about $80 for the trim and the clips are about $3.50 each.
I had originally planned to pick one up from the wreckers, but they all said that they tend to leave them attached to an entire boot lid, in case a body shop requests one - that way they get the best price... I suppose I can understand that :)

Clips are $4 a packet from Supercheap and you get 6 in a packet. I went and bought a few packets of these as I chewed all mine up since I didn't have the correct tool to take them off, and just used pliers :P
