So, I have all the parts I need to switch my shifter; engine loom, shifter, ECU + BEM + keys, and replacement instrument cluster and associated wiring loom.

I'm currently fitting the instrument loom and there are some striking differences between the new loom and the original. Mostly being the arrangement of the connections for the center display and instrument cluster.

See attached pic as this is the one plug that really stands out as a mystery plug.

I also have one black connections that could either go to my center display or the bew dash.

My workshop manual isnt much help.

That plug is the same as a TJ 2 for the centre display. There iis no clock in it but it does have seat belt light, battery light and oil light. Hope this helps.

That is the centre display, I thought I included that in the box though

I didnt see it in there? I'll check again though just to be sure.

The car is running, locks changed, everything goes as it should. The only thing that's not working is cruise control. I'm thinking it's a fuse or I've unplugged something. It's an odd one. I'll have a closer look next time I get a chance.

Aside from that the car is great! Fired up first pop.
