Hi guys, hoping to throw out the symptoms of a problem I've got and hopefully someone will have had it before.

One of the wheels had a loud clunking noise about a month ago each time the brakes were applied, that eventually turned into what is now a very loud noise that sounds like the brakes are clamped down on what sounds like the passenger rear.

It's worst when the car is turning right, and the harder the turn the worse the noise. It's a loud constant pounding sound that increased with speed, and whenever the car is coasting the whole car vibrates heavily and the steering wheel wobbles if not held, but it goes away when the car is under load. I've pulled off both rear tyres and replaced the pads, but it didn't make any difference.

Any suggestions on what to check?

if the steering is woobling ill be looking at the front not the rear. can you post up the sound get someone outside the car and find out where the noise is coming from pluss i would not drive it on the road untill you find the problem SAFETY FIRST

CVs or Rotors..

Warped Rotors and ruined CVs together may cause that..

Get it checked..

This is the link to the audio file, not great quality being recorded from inside the car but it's very easy to hear it.

Anyone able to shed some light on what the problem could be via the audio recording?
