hey guys

just wondering what is the best way to recondition a leather steering wheel out of a tj awd.. i want to use the one out of my awd doner car when i do my power window and cruise control conversion.

is there any paint/dye to re-color it or any product to rejuvinate it?? its got a fair amount of sun damage..

Good question, I'd like to know what product to use also...I have a NEW leather steering wheel, and was wondering if there is a product that is safe to use (non greasy/slippery)

Just use mothers leather conditioner over night. Should be good to use the next morning.

if the wheel is that badly gone just source a replacement wheel, end up cheaper than getting them recovered, mothers is suitable as to give a layer of protection the undamaged wheels but will do sweet f all to heat damaged wheels

mal gets quite a few wrecked cars go thru his workshop send him a email ( details in the mitsfix section ) and see if he has anything, dont bother sending a pm thru the club the email is 100% quicker
