Tried national windscreens or novus?
O'Briens are normally pretty good. However, check with instant windscreens & tinting, they've been really good to me on price & quality over here in SA.

Pull out the yellow pages and give a ring to a few basic windscreen fitters to see if you can find a cheaper installer - even consider calling panel shops as they usually have good connections. O'Brien is very professional and too expensive. You can also save yourself some money by removing the windscreen yourself - this can be done via a $30 tool (and $20 of protein shakes to build your muscles!)
I provided 2 windscreens to the installer to fit to my car andi it cost me a grendtotal, $100 cash.

O'Brien tends to specialise in "drive in, sit in the waiting room, have a cuppa, drive out" type of insurance jobs, hence the price is a bit . . . . on the nose. Quoted me about $700 for a rear TS sedan screen. For a cash out of your pocket job, avoid them. I've had 3 screens done on various second genners by a mob that comes to my place, none more than $250. Pays to ring around and get some quotes. "Instant windscreens" here in Adelaide, don't know if they operate in your part of the world though.

Personally i'd pay the extra and go to O'Brien as they offer a lifetime warranty if anything goes wrong.
You can't compromise on quality when it comes to your windscreen and that quote from O'Brien seems cheap for what they offer.

.
Read the fineprint on the O'Brien warranty....it doesn't cover for cracks, chips or any other form of damage. I had O'Briens do my old Commodore windscreen under insurance at home - when they turned up the installer had his apprentice with him and asked if I minded if the apprentice fitted it - no problems - he cracked first one installing it but 2nd went OK - no problem as everyone must learn. However as he was leaving he back their ute into my daughters car parked across the road....cost them almost $2000 to fix. They are hassle free but at a price.

I paid $180 to get the windscreen replaced on my Commodore. It was from a guy in Hoppers Crossing. Not a bad job too.
