So it's been raining a lot lately where i live (in the Narrabri District) and i've noticed that the boot is collecting a fair amount of water in the spare tyre well. I've repainted it so its ok on the anti-rust front, But i haven't got a great idea where its coming from. I have notice water running down the panel underneath the Boot lid clip. Anyone else had a problem in their TH like this? What should i do to seal it? What glue or sealant? Thanks.

Is there any damage to the rubber boot seal? Perhaps damaged and needs to be replaced?

Another possible leak area could be the water drain pipe connected to the bottom of the aerial? Perhaps no longer connected or not sticking through its drain hole in the body of the car?
