View Full Version : TL Manifold
On the firewall side of the manifold there is a small rubber pipe leading to a block that is in the actual cast of original manifold, this then seems leads into the manifold, (Not the copper one), its really close to the throttle body, just wondering is this something to do with the cruise control. Is there somewhere this can be mounted instead?, as im trying to fit an RPW manifold
Does anyone have a diagram of the TL manifold, the rpw diagrams are all to small to read. Has anyone else fitted an RPW manifold on a TL magna? Any help/advice would be great!! :)
I'll have a look at my TL in the morning and see what it looks like to my untrained eye.

Can you take a photo? Your description isn't the best. Sounds like the erg valve...

thats the egr valve, and if the rpw manifold doesnt have a spot for it then you will need to block off the vacuum line to it and the port on the exhaust manifold (ref consatiner pipe at drivers side of manifold)
FYI there are legal ramifications to removing the EGR capability. If found, it carries the same heavy penalties as not running a cat
