I have 2000 Magna 2000 V6. I went on holidays for 6 weeks, last week I am back from holidays my car FM is not turning on even I put the CD nothing happens. On screen it shows AUX everytime I click on FM button or CD button. Please let me know what I have to do to get FM/radio to run.

Try disconnecting the battery (both positive and negative terminals) leave them off for about 10 minutes, the radio should reset and then see what it does.

Also if its the stock radio be prepared to call Mitsubishi to get the security code for the radio if need be, you will need to supply your VIN and/or proof of ownership.

just as pea suggested, however i would check the batterys charge levels before undergoing this and charge charge if required
