Hi mate i got a tj magna 2000 and since i bought it its has a vibration on it when in P & R mainly at the lights and P & N it feels smooth and my mate thinks the engine mounts are fine also done srevice on it and sparks and leads but hasnt change pls help

Sounds like the typical magna rough idle, doesnt it make you feel you are driving a worked car with cams? lol Mine has been doing it for a while now. .

what have you done to try to fix it?

If it idles at less than 750-800 rpm when warm in drive, under load (lights on, aircon on, etc) then the ISC is stuffed. Search for "ISC" and all will be revealed.

-the base idle needs to be adjusted
-the TB is dirty
-The dist cap and or rotor have issues
-The fuel pressure is not right
-MAF is faulty
-blocked or dirty injectors

just to name a few things

Is hard to tell on a forum if the idle is the std rough magna idle or if is worse
