I have to sell my TS Wagon  but since I just picked up the TW and it has steelies, I haven't had a chance to look if the rotors / pads will need replacing very soon. I thought since the rotors / pads on the TS are almost brand-new, I could save a little by swapping them over (if the TW rotors / pads are not so unsafe to swap).

So, are they interchangeable?

If the TS is a v6, same rotor and pad. If the TS is a 4cyl then same pads but different rotors

yes you can change them but its not really worth the effort unless the tw's are really bad imho, and then youd be reckless to endanger someone by fitting them to the TS

prolly something you should have checked before buying the car imho

oh I didn't think the TW pads would be too bad, since I bought the car from a dealer. Just that the TS pads are brand new (only about 1000 kms on them), so if it was a simple issue of pads even with medium wear, it would have been worth switching them across. Obviously, if the TW pads are really worn, I would be taking it up with the dealer since they have to give me a road-worthy car (given the statutory warranty and all that).

Just checked the rotors / pads on the TW and they're not too bad, so may not bother swapping them around after all anyway..
