You haven't pinched the gasket have you?
Did you make sure it was sitting snugly in the recess and the sides squeezed in to hold the gasket in place?
It can be hard to see on the TB side, so my trick is to use a digital camera or phone cam to take a pic around that area and check that way for any fitting issues.
Doesn't matter if they are torqued correctly, if its pinced it will leak.
that might be the cam seal leaking

Check the following:
Gasket wasn't pinched/damaged during installation;
Gaskets go hard after a while & will tend to leak regardless of how carefully you tighten the bolts;
Rocker cover may be slightly distorted from overtightening;
Crankcase breather pipes could be blocked which will cause a gasket to leak - check both pipes aren't blocked, check PCV valve on front rocker cover is serviceable;
Rear crankcase breather pipe may have gone hard & is leaking at its connection point.

I am deffenetly thinking cam plate seal (big black plastic circle) at the end of each head, I did my rockers and tubes a week ago but still have oil leaking after sitting over night, I knew they leaked, but didn't relise they leaked so bad,

thanks heaps guys,
i put a brand new gasket on on the weekend, through id possibly damaged it, installed double checked everything, like i said even torqued it down properly and still leaks, i'll give the pipes a once over, cam seals are on the drivers side of the engine, it's all dry clean as a whistle! just the throttle side just has oil from both corners pooling, i'll pull it all of again and have a looksy!

Are u sure? I distinctly remember my mechanic saying the cam seals were weeping on the gearbox side

Got the same problem right now found we have a small rip in the rocker cover just where the bolt head is. Have ordered a new rocker cover from Mal have changed at least a dozen of these and this is the first time this has happen. Will post a pic.

had the same problem, check that the PVC (runs from front to back of rocker covers) is fitted correcty. Mine had a small crack in it and the clamp was loose.
