Due to a combination of fatigue and wearing thongs, I clipped my front gate as I was driving in tonight, as i went to brake an instead put a considerable amount of force as the base of my thing caught and doubled over. I managed to almost correct the situation, although my mirror collected one of the bars on the gate (about 2m tall, consists of 15cm spaced vertical poles) at about 20km/h. The result was the mirror fail-safe-ing and closing inwards however the glass reflection piece was flung in front and shattered. I reattached it, and everything works including motors, with the exception of a shattered mirror. Do standard retail stores sell the mirror piece with the right rear clips? Or what would be the best way to resolve this problem? Cheers guys.

go to wreckers and buy a mirror glass :)

Wreckers around here are few and dodgy so if I can pick up a new mirror piece at a store that would be helpful but if I have to source one from a wreckers that might be the way
