Has anyone used or seen the results from paintless dent removal, bumper repair and scratch repair companies? My TH has copped a bit of abuse and I was wondering if the results are worth the cost. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

My mother had a big scratch on her front bumper from a hit and run on the Outback.
250 dollars and 2 hours later with the Touch Up Guys (who come to you) and you weren't able to tell that anything happened at all.
Most are pretty good - they have to be as all second hand car salesyards use their services and it's impossible to hoodwink a car salesman. They cannot perform miracles but are extremely versatile - I've seen where there was a crease in a door too deep to remove so they simply put some stick-on flashes on each side.

I used to have my own mobile repair van, providing the guys actually know what they are doing you would never know it was damaged

I had my KL LH Front Door, PDR'd about a year ago, you cannot see the dent in it at all - it really came up perfectly.
It was a bit of a crease from where some idiot in thier blue toyota hilux ute, opened the car door hard onto mine (there was a blue hilux parking on my left hand side car as I was a few Meters away from my car after I got out)
Cost me, $88 - they came to me and did it at a time and place convenient to myself (ended up being done right out the front of my work - panel beaters! whoops!)
Extremely happy with the results for sure.
I have another mark on my car, that I wanted looked at / repaired too, but because it was a double panel section, they could not get the tools in there to be able to pull it out - so unfortunately they couldnt do that one :(

Good paintless dent removers do a fantastic job. They can't work miracles on heavily creased dings but your standard door ding can be eradicated in minutes. Something not mentioned above is access. A lot depends on whether or not the back of the ding can be reached. A lot of PDR guys drill into bulkheads and things to get to difficultly-postioned dents but some, sadly, can't easily be reached. For the hard-to-reach dents there is a company which now uses a magnetic type of pull-out system but I can't remember it's name. You can also do some repairs yourself using a thing called "Popsadent" BUT it only works on minor dings:
