if they are one piece parrabolic lights, you "should" to lower the bumper as well.
however, i managed to squeeze the lights in and out without loosening the bumper.

aah ok...
it looks to me like only the grille needs to be removed to get to the headlights bolts...
i am just not sure how the grille comes out...
definitely dont wanna damage it

Use a long flat head to push the clips out on the ones that have circles on them.

Then with the top ones, if you can, try and put the flat head in on the side of the clip and push it up and pull on the grill a little bit. Failing that, push the top of the clip down and pull nice and hard. Did this yesterday without damaging someones grill.

because one piece parras have a ridge on the seam between lens plastic and backing plastic, you normally do need to lower the bumper. you can undo the bolts to make the light loose, but to remove it without pushing down really hard on the bumper, or forcing the light passed the bumper the front end need to be lowered or removed

dont push on the bumper...undo the guard bolts and insert a screw driver at the front part of the guard....thick one,or extension bar ,to keep the guard up...easy that way
