hi can anyone help, im not sure if the lights are not working due to the stereo installation or not but there wasnt a problem before my friend installed stereo i have a 2003 tj magna any help would be great thanks kazz

I installed a HU in a 2001 TJ and blew a fuse in the process. Interior light wasn't working. Check all of the fuses. If that isn't it, get your friend to check everything he did. Did he unplug something and forget to plug it back in, like the hazard flasher?

thanks fuses checked hazards plugged in, he cu the plug and wired it up that way, do u know if there is only one fuse or is there a relay

make sure you haven't connected your earth wire of the headunit to the green/white or black/yellow wires in the harness, it needs to be connected to the chassis, like the metal dash support braces.
