Hi guys,
I've been looking at lowering my 380, unfortunately all I can seem to find for it are super lows without bagging it or using coil overs. Has anyone manged to lower theirs more than the the average 50mm that the super lows provide, if so how?
Thanks,
Michelle :)

coming from a commodore background this might be an unfamiliar scenario for you.... lack of aftermarket support!
the lowest you can go springs would be super lows there are no ultralows or similar available as far as im aware.
coilovers are provided by a few companies - K-sport is as far as im aware the only one thats been utilised by a member of the forums.
in all honesty you probably dont need more than super lows in any case as if you have a boot install that will have you more or less tucking rears. - be a good idea to post up the specs on your rims and tyres.

Thanks Stormie.
I ran super lows on my last 2 cars, I didn't mind the height on them, but considering I wasn't going to do much else to this car I thought dumping it would be pretty mint. I think I'll just stick with the supers for now, I'm sure they'll do the trick! I'm running 19x8's with 235/35's all round, I intend on getting the guards rolled just to avoid any possible scraping.

unless you are towing i really dont think you'll have problems scraping.
i have super lows in the front and lows in the rear (makes the wheel arch gap same front and rear) and 20" rims with 245/35 rubber. so my rims are larger diameter and so are my tyres and i dont have scraping problems.

Ah yeah, that's alright then! Thanks Stormie, I'll stick with the supers for now then I think. :)

Can anyone tell me if I'll need lowered shocks to go with the super low kings I just bought? I'm not sure if the VR-X is already equiped with what's needed for lowering other than the springs.
Thanks heaps!!

Cheers mate. Throw a set of 20's on with the superlows, it will fill out the guards nicely!

Just bought some 19's for it.. I had some 20's on my VX Commodore and found the roads in Perth just shred them up far too easily!! Either way shouldnt look too bad at all. Thanks :)
