I thought we could start a thread were we can state the price of the repairs and services we have done to our cars. Either its done by a mechanic or yourself, even mention witch mechanic shop it was and also the car.

I think it would be intresting to see what people have paid, and also if yourself are up for a repair to get a picture before hand what its approximately will cost.

My own contribution, auto gearbox replacement to a newer secondhand, cost $1200 3 months warranty
done at dismantler in Adelaide, think the name is complete or something like that.
Car is 2000 TJ 3.5
