can anyone tell me if the kw verada seats and door trims will fit straight into a te magna?
do the seats bolt straight up?

I think some where it was said the TL/W KL/W front seats have a slightly different rail, though that could have been the 380.
But yes it can, however, you will have non functioning side airbags, as the TL/W KL/W were the only ones to come out with side airbags.

The front seats are alittle wider due to the electric seat
Remember someone on here doing the same thing and the front hole had to be made bigger so it could be bolted down which isnt legal to do
Rears should fit no problem aswell as the trims

No, and its illegal to try unless you remove the airbags and retrim over the holes.

I have all this in my TE wagon, it is also legal as the airbags work and are hooked up. I spoke to an engineer here who does certifications for Vic Roads, he looked at the inner rail where I modded the hole, he had no issues at all with this either as there was nothing welded to the rail and there was more than ample metal left around the hole either way

The door trims, if you have electric windows you will be ok as the KW has the switches in the door trims unlike the TW Magna which has them in the centre console for the fronts
