So I'm in the progress of removing my carpet, and have tried to go it alone without asking questions, however, there are a few points where I don't know how to proceed.

1. How do I safely remove the seat belt attachment from the floor? I can't see how it comes off, and I don't want to **** this up for obvious reasons. But the carpet goes around it so yeah.
2. How do I remove the rear seat properly? I just want to get it far enough off that I can get the current carpet out from under it and fit the new one.
3. How do I remove the center console bits so I can fit the new carpet in there properly?

In exchange for your knowledge, I offer you* the special edition one dollar coin I found stuck under the old carpet between the carpet itself and the road noise deadener/gluey stuff, from 1996. Seems a Mitsubishi factory worker is down one dollar on his retirement fund. :P

* Subject to me not spending the dollar, which is very probable.

1. At the bottom near the floor there is the rubber cover, pull that up to reveal a bolt.
2.Rear seat bottom has two tabs at the bottom near the front, pull them out and lift seat up
3. remove top facia surrounding gearstick etc, remove cop holders or anything, remove carpet from the centre console. Then just a matter of removing visible bolts and screws
