Some one asked me a while back for part numbers and stuff for this system.
As for mounting points, it looks like they are already present on our cars (well on mine anyway - TJ AWD), threaded holes and all. I have the bumper off my car atm so I can take photos for interested people. This sits in the same position as the radiator overflow / coolant refill tank, but on the drivers side.
The part labelled with (REF. 42-180) looks to be a different pannel that is welded in on the JDM models. Seems to be as simple as cut out the old and weld in the new. Doesn't seem to be structural - but don't quote me on that. The part number for this is - MR178314. The part labelled with (84517) in the diagram is a plastic cover that clips in to fill the hole and presumably gives access to the pump. The part number for this is MB543045.

Either cut out the old pannel, weld in the new... or just get a holesaw - again I don't know if it's structural.
