OK not really an accurate description but the thingy(due to lack of better word) when you insert the buckle into makes this noise when I'm going round corners & when it tensions up. My TJ did the same thing. Anyone else experience this or have a fix?

Maybe not much help to you, but my driver's seat belt clip ("the thingy you insert the buckle into") started squeaking like crazy a few months ago, where it bolts to the centre tunnel down by the seat rail. Took me weeks to track down the source of the squeak, as it sounded like the seat frame and/or bolster(s) making the racket, and it happened every time I depressed the clutch. I sprayed the mounting bolts with WD40, totally cured!
