At the moment just got the stock headunit. Turns out they don't have aux connection. What's the best option for the job. Don't want to spend too much.

I just bought an alpine unit from jb hi-fi for $99. I will post up the model number when I get a chance but it was only $128. I got it mates rates for $99. Excellent head unit for the price.

I got a Sony for NZ$89 on special @ Supercheap - makes the factory speakers sound alot better. Have just put some pioneer 6.5" in the front and am looking to replace my 6x9's in the rear.

I would avoid the Sony. They would be better than stock but not by much. If you can even find a Kenwood or pioneer for a good price then snatch it up. Alpine and clarion are the best brands in my opinion

I have a good condition Pioneer Unit with AUX connection in the front you can have for $50 !!
