got my amp power cable into the boot of my car quite nicely. Now I'm just trying to figure out how I can stop my subwoofer and amp which is attached to my sub from moving around... How do I fix this in a 2000 KH Verada Xi?

The best way to use Velcro is to get sticky back hook 2" wide cut into 30cm strips. Peel off backing and fold stick it to itself. will grip carpet and sub box and hold it in place well.
