Where have people run their grounds in the boot..?
Where/How have people mounted their amps on the side of the bootlid..?

If you dont want to drill any holes, in the boot, you'll find holes covered by grommets.
I secured an earth with a nut, bolt, and two washers, I sanded the top of the hole, and sealed the underside, but the nut and washer do a good job of that anyway.
They are to the rear the wheel well, next to the vent.
I have a pair of amps side mounted too.

yup, mdf, right angle brackets attached to the rear, two on the bottom coming forward of the amps, screwed to the floor, hidden by the carpet.
One in the top corner of the boot, screwed into what looks like 1" tube...
