So I was at a wreckers today and had a look at all the magnas and most of them had the loom and bulb in the ignition barrel, and they weren't even Veradas. So i took out a globe from one and went to put it in my TJ and mine doesn't even the loom. Is it tucked away somewhere or would I have to wire the whole thing? And I found a Verada with the lights in the bottom of the door trim (puddle lights?), if I was to take those door trims, what would I have to do with the wires etc in my TJ to make it work? AFAIK there isn't a loom or globe connector in mine. I had a quick search with the search function but couldn't really find anything specific here

If you have the door lights you can wire them into that and have the puddle lights running of that.
Or run yourself some power and use the negative door switch..

there is no loom or bulb holder in the ignition holder, only in selected model magnas was it already there, all you had to do was put in the bulb, but saying that it isnt that hard to do, just tap in to the cabin light wiring loom in the drivers side front pillar trim, use a T5 bulb holder, if you dont already have 1 (an ashtray bulb holder is ideal, there is 2 sizes, you need the short bulb holder) and a T5 bulb. as for the "puddle lights", i know of some people who just put in the led strips there, something im looking in to for mine

Ok just so I've got this right, with the puddle light, I can just solder it anywhere onto the wire of the courtesy light? And for the ignition light I can just solder it onto the cabin light wire? Bit of a newb with this sorry
thats about it. exactly what ive done, remember though with the cabin lights, the solid red wire is constant power, and the red with strip is earth.

If you have the wiring diagram for your series (PDF download) get a plug from a wrecked car, remove a pin from a plug, and put it in the appropriate place in your BEM plug. That way the timer delays etc work. Door open wire splice is the shoddy way. It is easy to do it correctly, have done so many times.

Alright, got the puddle lights and the ignition light going, easy as piss (thanks to everyone's advice), but my car doesn't have a loom for the passenger side footwell, yet it has one for the driver's side. Where can I tap into the cabin light wire on the passenger side? It seems most people used the driver's side again, if that's the best spot, then where should I run the wire? And finally, I noticed there's a spot in the glove box for a light (I think), what sort of globe/holder fits in there and where would I solder it to?
