Hey im browsing for a exhaust system for my 2000 Man Sports,
Not sure of what brand to look at or what size 2'5 inch etc :tired:
any1 have any suggestion or reccomend there exhuast?
It's a TJ bro, and the sports one already on it cannot be improved much... You can fit HM headers for more low-mid response, pacemakers for more mid-high, and a new rear muffler for more noise but replacing the catback wont really give you any power gains over stock.

How loud, and what kind of sound are you after? Deep and smooth, Rasp, or In between?

I've got Hurricane 200cpi cat & Hurricane rear muffler (no headers), very smooth deep sound, may not do that much for max power but does have more go through the rev range, especially top end.

Seems to be the more centre mufflers you have the less rasp there is. My stock ralliart system has the middle muffler and a hotdog aswell so i just replaced the rear muffler with a very small 'no brand' muffler and i couldn't be happier.

Im running pacemakers headers, 100cpi metal cat, ralliart centre exhaust (with the 2 resonators) and a round magnaflow rear muffler.
People that hear my car love the sound, i think its a bit loud when giving the car stick (although it sounds tough at idle). Im about to replace the rear muffler with a larger oval magnaflow just so it tones down the full throttle/under load noise abit.
