Okay guys here is a small write up for the guys that might need to do this.

Description: HANDLE-FR DOOR I/S-LH-SILVER
Part Number: MI-MN165743HA

Firstly undo the two screws holding the door card together. There is one under the door handle and the other one is in the arm rest.

After undoing the screws remove the door handle framing cover.

When you are about to remove the door card start from the bottom and unclip the door card starting from the bottom to the top of the door. To remove the door card from the door firstly wind down the window and then lift the door insert up there is a bracket near the inside of the door the holds the insert.

There are two cables that control the locking mechanism and the door mechanism. Firstly slide the handle back towards the cables, then unclip the cables. After reattaching the cables make sure you take note of the tension cables for the locking mechanism otherwise you could possibly break the same part over again.

Awsome write up, though you should put a disclaimer about winding down the windows..... Something like "no responsibility will be taken if your window doesn't go back up due to a failing window regulator" lol

They might fail but if your like me It's more likely that you forgot to connect something, like when I installed my iPod adaptor and forgot to reconnect the A/C for about 3 days until I realized it
