Holy Grail indeed. I have mine sitting infront of me right now and I doubt a day goes by when I dont pick it up and at least have a look at the pictures LOL :bowrofl:
Seriously, its a wealth of information and would be good value at twice the price. Highly recommended.

I completely agree. Those hanyes manuals come in very handy, as they not only have procedures for almost every job you could possibly do to your car, they also come with all your cars specs and even a conversion factor table in the front. The only problem is though is they aren't very specific on alot of things, but you learn to work with that. I had one for my TP and now I have one for my TF, very worth while at only $40 if you ask me :D .
Has anyone out there got this one ?

is there 1 for the 2.4 TE
i looked at the covers of ur manuals but it only seems to cover the v6s
I have the Gregory's one - it's pretty good, does anyone know how it compares to Haynes?
The Haynes manuals tend to assume you know how to do things....for example they'll say "remove part a to get to part b" without telling u how to remove part a.....
Whereas the gregories will always tell u how to remove something, or refer you to another page about how to remove.
They are both good, but personally i prefer the Gregories because of the way they word things and procedures.

I bought a Haynes, because I couldn't find a Gregories at the time ;-)
The Haynes does leave a little to be desired....for example, to adjust the handbrake on a TJ, the Haynes tells you to remove the entire centre console (no small job!).
However, that's certainly not necessary...you just need to remove the liner in the centre console compartment to get at the adjuster on the handbrake cable.
Cheers,
Martin.
