So, I still have the factory mud flaps on my car, and they are cool for the most part but when I am being really enthusiastic about my cornering abilities, the front ones hit the ground and scrape.

I also have an issue with the rear ones, when I'm in a car park and I reverse in the concrete tyre stoppers push the mud flaps forward.

I'm not a particularly loving father to my magna, I think I have bathed her twice in a year of ownership, is there anything (aside from extra mud) that I need to consider before pulling these mudflaps off?

Do it.

First thing I did with my old TE after lowering it was to remove the mudflaps.

The front ones touched & scraped on almost anything. That's superlows for you!

It looked 100% better without the mudflaps.

And no real hassles with extra road muck being thrown up.

380s, now that's a whole different story, I reckon they look better with the factory mudflaps and they really do make a difference to the amout of road muck sprayed down the side of the car.
