Next changed the main loom behind the dash with the KJ verada s1.5 being feb 02 loom so l now have climate control and the dash loom its self aswell so l am running the black out cluster too.
every think inside works.
Dash,windows,reading lights,climate control all working.
Now l have Changed the Main loom Engine bay (power loom) that includes the fuse box with tj s2 VRX so l now have the parabolic lights and fog lights,
here is were my problem started l have installed the fog light stalk and pluged in the foggys, now the foglights dont turn on?????? what could be wrong??? l have check the relay all good ,checked fuse good but no power at the driving lights grrr, any help would be good.
l have done some good work here dont want this to stop me.
UPDATE: OK today l have changed the engine bay loom to the verada loom ,it came out of a November 01 veradra and still no foggies grr am lost now,
ok today after checking l am missing a plug off the main loom that comes in to the car that the doner photo attached :

By driving lights you mean headlights? Are you using stock executive head lights with the VRX loom? As the plugs are different between the parabolic and the executive headlights (I think the plugs are the same but the wiring is slightly different).
By driving lights you mean foglights? You at least need your parkers on to be able to turn the fog lights on. You may have a dodgy switch or a relay fuse, blown bulbs, or left a plug out somewhere. I'm at work atm waiting to start.
If this is any piece of mind for you - My car is running a verada dash loom with a vrx engine bay loom and I have no problems. It'll be something simple.

Driving Lights = Fog Lights
I'd be looking at Relays & Fuses first

i had a look at magnador's wiring yesterday and im a little stumped for factory wiring lol it should all work, ive done many driving light wire ups over the past 8 yrs and his is weird......
the lights wont turn on untill i put the test light from negative onto the green/white wire under the fuse box which triggers the relay and they turn on........ power runs to the relay but not to the fuse which leads me to believe its a trigger problem? so i tried to run it like we do on non factory set up and still no result hopefully someone else might be able to make sense of this and get back to him, either that or ill just re wire it my way haha but he is anal about having the full factory harness.

With everything stock, the fog lights will only turn on when the head lights are on.. Have you tried this?

Remember, driving lights are designed to turn on with ignition and off with the parkers (and onwards) on. The "fog" lights stay off until the parkers are on. You may have a dodgy stalk?

Take out the relay for the foglights and bell out from the negative side of the relay coil to the frame of the car with the fog light switch on (leave head lamp switch off). This will tell you if your wiring is all there and correct.

I've checked the looms on my car. Turns out both the dash and engine bay are from a VRX. The circuit diagrams have the wires running through different pins on different plugs on the VRX compared to a verada.

so does that mean l have to move some pins around ???? if you can send me in the right direction that would be great

Do you know how to test for continunity of a circuit? If not I might be able to make a video for you.. You'll at least need a multimeter.

Strange, I have mixed up verada and VRX looms many times and all works
So when you turn on the parkers and then the fog light switch, does the cluster show the fog lights on at all?
May be a case of going back to basics and tracing all the wiring from the stalk back to the lights. Clearly the wiring from the fuse box back to the lights is working, so may be the trigger from the stalk back to the fuse box at fault

my jdm diamante allows the foglights to be operated independently of the headlights, maybe a wiring diagramfor the jdmversion would help??

If you have checked the loom connections and all the looms are from the same car, as there are a coupele of pin differences between Verada and Magnas with fogs,
Then it could be as simple as a missed earth point in the engine bay area. Check to make sure you have got them all, Specifically check earth 16. This is behind fuse box in the engine bay.
