Have you asked your local Mitsubishi dealer? They probably have a bunch of them sitting out the back somewhere. Just scan it in.

There was a whole bunch of these uploaded by another member, including the KJ Verada (to a file serving site). I know I've got the KJ one saved to my personal comp... so if you have no luck, I'll upload it & send you the link.
