Loom Swap is done, The car is effectively a S2 VRX.
The SRS light stays on for the 6/7 seconds on ignition as per normal, and then starts flashing.
What could it be?

No it doesn't beep. It does still have the Exec ECU and BCM. I can't see how this would affect it anyway. The Donors Airbags didn't go off, but i am still using my cars SRS ecu. I have added the passengers airbag, but the original loom had the plug there anyway with a black heatshrink-like cover on it.

Could it be the ECU not knowing that you have a second Airbag..?

I did think of that, but the original exec loom had the plug anyway?

I'm not sure about the TJ models, but when I did the srs conversion to my TF I had to use a single srs airbag ecu, even though the wiring loom had plugs for both airbags.
So if you have added the other airbag I think you should swap the srs ecu to a dual airbag one and see if it makes a difference.
