Well firstly I think you have the wrong loom in the car. I'm under the impression that you need a TJS2/KJS2 climate control loom to begin with.

If you can run the TL/TW climate control unit then do a search champ and you'll find that you need to wire in the cabin air temp sensor as the TL-TW models had this separate. In the previous models, the cabin air temp sensor was built into the unit whereas this was separate in the TL/TW models - tucked in behind the old hazard light switch spot on the lhs of the console.

Let us know what you think of the system - few members here have done the conversion (including myself) with varying degrees of success. Onkytonk hated it and ended up custom retrofitting the old climate control system with the TL console.
