Hey Guys.. My first Q on this forum.. please go easy on me..
I'm wondering if a 3.0 and 3.5 Rear muffler is the same part / interchangeable on a TH-TJ wagon..
I've got a 3.5 TJ and been offered exhaust bits from a 3.0..
Does anyone know if they're interchangeable at all ?

I would say so, I am fairly sure they remained the same. I got my sedan exhaust off a TJ for a TH. I don't see why they would change it.

I mate.. So the TH was a 3.0L and TJ was a 3.5L ?.. I would have assumed they were the same as well, but all the info I'm getting off the web seems to have different model number for the 3.0 and 3.5L wagons..

I know some 3.0l had 2.25inch pipe instead of 2.5.
My 3.0 has 2.5 installed. I bolted a tj sport muffler off a tj and it fitted fine. As far as i know, the only difference is as hayden mentioned the 2.25 and 2.5. I think the 3.0 had a smaller cat than the 3.5. Meaning the pipe length from cat to rear muffler is slightly longer.
Someone correct me if im wrong.....

Main difference will be the rear flange, the spacing of the bolts is closer together on the TE, TF and most of the 3.0 TH.
The Cat on the TH onwards are 120mm longer, this was taken out of the centre section
