What are your 1/4 Mile Times?
2.6 or 3.0?
Specs?

I ran 17.8secs at A.I.R.
Astron2 2.6L Auto.
Completely stock.

in regards to your question im not too sure, but having been in a stock auto 2.6L TR, that time of 17.8 is better than i would have expected!

that time was achieved very late into the night around...10-11
the temperature was less than 12C

I think that would have helped alot.

16.8secs? 3.0L? Cos thats what my mate gets... that on his TE.

I get 17.8 to 18.2 with my car stripped.(no subs, no spare wheel and on stockie replacement mags "Magna Elite Mags") So that cant be right...

These times are recorded on proper drag strips...

I don't believe this
I don't believe a manual 3L TE would only be 1 second faster than an auto 2.6L with a passenger. That can't be accurate. Is there something you aren't telling us? ...turbo maybe.... lol ?

No official run yet, but Im hoping for a high 14 1/4 out of mine.

Mods are fairly well known, just in case you don't:
DOHC 24v 6G72 3.0l Conversion
Custom extractors, 2.5" mandrel bent cat back exhaust (still running stock cat), Lukey LR2779
RPW semi-ceramic heavy duty clutch

The motor itself is in stock form, with factory ECU, only thing done to it is NGK Iridium plugs.

I am getting RPW Extractors, FPR and a 65mm TB. Hopefully I will get a better time.
Also I will need to retune my A'PEXi SAFC-II...

hey diamond was your car previously belongs to kelvin? nice car mate, i've driven it before, although i'm quite optimistic the car can get about mid-high 15 quater mile, but yeah 16.2 seems fine :D

yup thats the one! the current clutch setup doesnt do it any justice

but on thursday its going to get a custom clutch  this should help things along!

did you drive it when it had nos? it now has the nos taken out for insurance purposes  and it now needs a retune, coz of the lack of nos computer, it was setup as nos ready all the time(retarded timing) will be nice to see how it goes after this is done!

when i first bought my 1992TR 2.6 it was a stock auto that ran a 18.4 lol i converted it to a manual and got extractors and a pod then it ran 17.1 then i got a fule pressure regulator, a greddy computer a over sized throttle body and a grind on the standerd cam to a stage 1 then i was able to run a 16 flat, now with all my new stuff done i'am looking at low 13's :)
