I'm trying to get my brother his first car. I want to get him into a magna so I figured it'll have to be a good one. He also needs a manual. Hence I'm looking for a 2nd or 3rd gen Verada.

Can I get a factory manual verada (besides a touring wagon)?

If I can't, is it possible to fully convert it and still retain the full interior wood grain?

There's no factory manual Verada outside the touring edition of the KS.

Conversion is a definite, as is maintaining your Woodgrain trim, have a look at Mohit's old ride thread for his KJ Verada if you want to see a car where it's been done.

No such thing as a 3rd gen Verada with a factory fitted manual.

I could. I've got other things to do first (e.g. my car or your GT!). I just want something easy and with only minor changes (e.g. a day's work)
