My TE 4cyl has been great but has an intermittent miss.

It happens occasionally at idle but the main time is just a touch over the amount of throttle you use to cruise (ie. when trying to speed up a little).

Fuel pump, fuel filter & spark plugs have been replaced.

If your TE 4 cyl is auto like mine I had the same problem did all the usual, it turned out to be the damper clutch in the trans. Recommend a trans flush and service, the Magna's really work the trans fluid.
