I'm lost??????
(ive got a feeling it's not getting fuel to fire up...maybe?)
anyways.. i've given up and decided to get rid of it.
Problem...

it's not like a manual where i can just put it into N and push??
Any help would be much appreciated
Thanks

Put it in neutral, handbrake off, push 1.2 tonnes of metal in the direction you want it to go?

Precisely. Just have someone looking after the brake for you just in case.

Nope. You can put it in N, which disengages the transmission.

Anyhow, if you are selling it or junking it, it's a problem for the buyer or junkman.

IT is fine to push it, you can not tow the far flat or on the drive wheels very far as this will destroy the transmission but pushing it out onto a street for instance is fine

This. Cars will easily move of their own accord if they are on a slope. If I absolutely have to do it by my self I either have the door open (sometimes not plausible in a garage) or the window so if it starts getting away from me, I can yank up the hand brake.

Just neutral and push! if you have an incline to push up then I suggest you buy a slab and call over some mates... prefferably one with a 4WD and a winch ;)

I have had to do a window dive at 20kph or so. Very dangerous once it gets some momentum, but last resort.

Is it manual? If so I have seen people hold the clutch half engaged and cranked it over. It will move the car but bugger it at the same time.
I don't know if this can be done in magnas.
Only do it if you are desperate. :)
Edit: I just read that it is auto. It won't work.
