Are you sure it isnt the ancillary belt? Might not be tight enough

na im pretty sure its the clutch in the compressor sprayed it with some grease today hoperfully that shuts it up for awhile

So you are saying it is the bearing in the A/C clutch that is noisy?.....if so the bearing is replaceable. Otherwise replace the compressor which entails all that nasty anti-environment gas and quite a few $$$$.
Does it do it with the A/C on or off?

both a little worse when its on but yeh thats what i wanted to know some guy today said you cant change the bearing and said replace the whole thing but yeh like you said $$$$$ rather just bodge it lol

If the noise is there when A/C off and on, it points to something else causing the noise - with A/C off only the clutch bearing is turning....with A/C on the clutch bearing is not turning (locked solid) but the compressor bearings are turning.
So I'd be looking at either the fanbelt slipping (unlikely to do this with A/C off) or the idler bearing that tensions the belt is dry....this would be the most likely culprit as it turns with the A/C on or off but if dry it will make more noise when A/C is on due to the extra load imposed. Hopefully this is the problem as it will cost less than $100 to fix and is an easy DIY.

As above, when the ac is on a different set of bearings are in use compared to when the ac is off

I would check alt, idler pulley and dont discount your ps belt either

Spraying grease into the clutch does sfa other than make the belt slippery as the bearings are sealed
