okay fellow members need some help with my stereo
have an idea for one or two single subs to go behind the passenger seat, but how would i go about mounting them and stuff
i also need suggestions on how to wire a subwoofer trigger to the stereo, and if i want to power a subwoofer and amp, how do i do this, will i need two power cables to run from the battery????
keep in mind that i can install the power kits as i have done them before

If you get two sub's, you just run them parallel running off the 1 amplifier that has enough power to run both of them, you won't need 2 power cables. If you want to run a speaker amplifier as well, you run a bigger power cable and then put a distributor block near the amplifiers, and then one cable goes to one amplifier and another cable goes to the other amplifier.
Sub woofer's are run by the amplifier, and the amplifier gets turned on by the trigger wire, usually run down to the head unit acc/trigger wire so when the head unit turns on, it turns the amplifier on.
Mounting the sub woofer(s)? Well make a box of course, find the spec's for the sub(s) you would want to buy, and for them to work best are usually recommended to have so much box room, so then calculate how big the box needs to be on the inside, also taking into account how much room the sub woofer(s) deduct as well.
To work out what system you want to get comes down to what you want to sacrifice for this project.
Do you have a budget? what would that budget be?
What do you like to install?
How much boot space do you want to have? Do you still want to access your spare wheel?
Do you want loudness or sound quality?
If anyone can back up this information or correct it in any way, please do.

ok heres the plan
wire a amp with enough power for two already boxed subs(no amp) directly behind the back seat wired to the HU
yes i still want some boot space and access to the spare wheel (DUH!!)

Some people love to go for ultimate loudness and don't care bout boot space and spare wheel :P
You wire your amp to your head unit, not your subs wired to your head unit. The head unit sends the signals through the RCA cables to the amplifier, and the amplifier amplifies that signal so you can get enough power delivered to the sub's to get good bass out of them. What are your RMS @ what ohm rating are your subs? That is considering you already got the sub's and boxed.

Your trigger wire is a very small wire that runs from the headunit to the amps. The RCAs themselves do not act as a trigger wire. However, some RCAs will have a trigger wire attached to them. If not, just buy some really cheap speaker wire and use that.

To make things simple, best to show what you are talking about, so for all the wiring you will need to do, I would recommend watching a video like this one:

You will need to do everything he says except for the capacitor install, just ignore that as you don't need them. For grounding, if you can, sand back paint where you are going to bolt down your ground cable so it's metal on metal, gives you a better ground connection.
Basically, when you turn the head unit on, it will send power down the trigger/remote wire to turn on the amplifier, if you run the trigger/remote wire to a active source of power that is always on, your amplifier will always be on and every time you go to start your car in the morning you will keep asking yourself why you got a flat battery.
