hey guys,
im in the middle of changing the rocker covers. i have a few q's.
first the groove in which the seals go on the rocker covers arent completely straight, as in it's a lil wharped. im worried that this could be the reason for the leak. is there any suggestions on what i can do abt that? other than banging it back into line. is there something that i can fill in with the seals to block the gap?

also the breather hose is really hard at the ends. im not sure if it's meant to be that hard. it's like a rock almost. should that be replaced?
thanks guys

i had an issue with a leak from the rocker cover before. it was fixed with just a new rubber gasket seal thing. i should say that the rocker cover was undamaged. it was also degreased and thoroughly cleaned before coming into contact with the seal. whole opperation taking minimal time.

not an expert on the topic but i would think however that if your rocker cover is bent maybe you should replace it? cant imagine them to be too expensive, same goes for the breather hose. im sure forking out for a new rocker cover would also be cheaper than reaplacing a siezed engine, or passing a cop inspection.

just my 2 cents however. im sure someone with more knowledge would be able to help you further :)
