ive heard a few horror stories of rada's not starting after the headunit was replaced.

im just wndering if this was only the later models or if the kr was known for it to and if so what way around it is there.

at the moment it has the original headunit in there , and im confident doing the actual installing but just wanted to confirm the go with radas not starting after headunit change

The only time It shouldnt start is if you blow a fuse while swapping the headunit out, disconnect the battery and I wouldnt foresee any issues.

thanks pea .. d/c the battery is something i always do but i just heard some stories and though i would double check as i cant afford to have the car off the road at all
