Hey guys,
Im trying to replace the stock wiring in my 98' Magna TF wagin as I've just bought a new amp so I thought I should change the wiring aswel. The only problem is, how do you get the wires through that rubber tube/grommet thing and into the door? I took the grommet off the car body and can't get it back on now which is a pain but I still can't get the wires through it or even fine where the opening in the cabin is..
If all else fails I'm going to take the door off but that seems a bit drastic.
If anyone could help itd be great!
Cheers

easiest way to do it is to leave the grommet.

what ive done in the past is just

1) remove door card
2) remove kick panel
3) tie some speaker wire to a straightened coathanger or something similar
4) feed the coathanger thru the grommit and just pull the speaker wire thru that way( i feed from inside the car to inside the door)
5) pull required length of speaker wire into the door and attach in whatever form you intend to the speaker
6

from there run the new speaker wire to the headunit and test it all out before reattaching the door card and kick panels

well thats how i do it

another tip is spray heaps of WD40 down the grommet, this trick works wonders
