Now, does anyone know if you can get the plastic plugs that sit in the guard, where the bumpers bolt through, its purpose is so the screw goes through it, and it expands locking the bar to the guard.
A part number would be excellent :)
Thanks

You can get them with the specialty fasteners and bunnings if that helps.
I know they have been referred to as scrivets before.

How about just going to your local Pick-a-part wreckers and removing a few?
I absolutely hate scrivets and I keep destroying them. So I went to my local pick-a-part and managed to sucessfully remove about 12-15. My trick was to push a flathead screwdriver under the head of the screw and then use a short-ended phillps screwdriver to undo the scrivet. You win some - you loose some.

These are not scrivets, these are the white plastic bit, usually square that go in the guard and expand when the self tapping bolt is installed.
These usually don't give issues unless the wrong bolt is used

Bingo, Thats the ones Madmagna, the previous owner must of removed the bar or something, and put all the bolts in the wrong spots. Anyone know if these are available new?
