To all you members that have them,

And where do I get them?
Thanks Brad

yes they are bolt up mod.
you get them by being very lucky and picking a set up on the forum...
you gfet them by being even more lucky and finding a set at a wreckers (near on impossible i doubt theres more than 15 setups australia wide)
you get them by having a relative or friend in NZ who can freight one over. :D

nope is three bits total, grille and two headlights, second gen normal parabolic headlights wont work as the diamante ones are shorter (due to the grille running above and below the face of the light)
however is extremely unusual to find the grille without the headlights or the headlights without the grille

There was one member who used a Diamante grille with Aussie Verada Para's - but he had to cut the grille to remove the headlight surrounding plastic bits.

I was lucky enough to find the Diamante Grille/Headlights and front bar at a Wreckers after 6 years of trying to get them.
The grille is a one piece and was an amazing pain to remove as i had no idea there were screws behind the indicators.
So, i went to a standard TR to see if that grille would fit with the Diamante headlights and not a chance.
If you want to use the Diamante headlights, you must use the Diamante grille.
My question is though, are the connections of the headlights the same so they are plug and play or does the wiring need to be modified ?

Its a simple answer if you thinl about it. The grille has a chrome surround that goes around the headlights and indicators, so to fit those in you have to require smaller headlights and indicators, so you will require the headlights and indicators that come with the grille

When I installed my diamante headlight assembly, it was all plug and play for me, didn't require and mods.
The front bumper fog lights are a different story though as I have not been able to find one for a decent price yet, I would presume you would need to get them wired in.

Like some I had to search around quite a bit to find the diamanté headlight and grill.
I have a relative living in Osaka Japan at the moment and asked him to help.
He found a place and that same day I saw an ebay ad for a set here in Australia.
Anyway I managed to get the one from eBay which saved some money from having to ship it over to here.
I'm still looking for a front bar and if I'm lucky one will turn up eventually.

those front bars seem to be impossible to find as owners tend to smash them up.
I got the front bar amd foggies but it doesn't have the lower lip on it ala Ralliart Magna front bar.
Hopefully i get them on soon, just need to save to get it sprayed and get the foggies wired in.

Fog light is easy to wire in but finding a fog light switch that was the hard task, but finding a KS touring had the prefect fog light switch :) One thing I want and havent found yet is a leather auto shifter :/
